A short, defensible roadmap
Three to five candidate projects, ranked by impact and feasibility, with first-pass scope and risk notes.
06/AI STRATEGY
THE PROBLEM Every vendor has an AI pitch. Every internal team has an AI idea. You need someone with no horse in the race to help you pick.
A focused workshop and short follow-on review where we sit with your team, map your operations, and identify the one or two places AI is genuinely worth building. You leave with a prioritized roadmap — and the option to have us build the first one or hand the plan to your team.
→/OUTCOMES
→ 01
Three to five candidate projects, ranked by impact and feasibility, with first-pass scope and risk notes.
→ 02
For each candidate, where SaaS is good enough and where building wins.
→ 03
How you'll know if the system you build (or buy) is working — before you start.
→ 04
We're stack-agnostic and we say so. The roadmap doesn't presume we're the ones building it.
→/TOOLING
A representative — not exhaustive — set of tools we reach for on ai strategy engagements. We pick by fit, not by brand loyalty.
→/PROCESS
STEP 01
You share an org overview, current systems, and any AI ideas already on the table.
STEP 02
Half-day or full-day session with the team running the work. We map current state and surface candidates.
STEP 03
We come back with a written roadmap — prioritized candidates, scope, risks, and a recommended first move.
STEP 04
If you want, we build the top-priority project as a 2–4 week proof of concept.
→/FAQ
No. The roadmap will explicitly call out where you don't need us. We're a small studio and we'd rather work with people who chose us informed.
1–3 weeks for the workshop and roadmap. The optional first build adds 2–4 weeks.
