We come back with a written roadmap — prioritized candidates, scope, risks, and a recommended first move.

Optional first build
If you want, we build the top-priority project as a 2–4 week proof of concept.

No. The roadmap will explicitly call out where you don't need us. We're a small studio and we'd rather work with people who chose us informed.
How long is the engagement?
1–3 weeks for the workshop and roadmap. The optional first build adds 2–4 weeks.
