Who we are
speedy.solutions is a two-person studio in the San Francisco Bay Area. This is our marketing website. It does not host customer accounts, products, or transactions. This page explains, in plain English, what limited personal information we handle in connection with this site and the rights you have under California law.
Categories of personal information we collect
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act), the categories of personal information that may be collected through this site are:
- Identifiers — your name and email address, but only if you choose to email us or book a consult through our Google Calendar appointment page.
- Internet or other electronic network activity — anonymized, aggregate page-view data via Vercel Analytics (cookie-free, see below).
- Commercial information, geolocation, biometric, sensitive personal information, and inferences — we do not collect any of these.
Sources and purposes
Identifiers come directly from you, only when you contact us. Internet-activity data is collected automatically by your browser via a privacy-friendly counter. Both are used solely to (a) respond to your inquiry, (b) schedule and run a meeting if you ask for one, and (c) understand which parts of this site are useful in aggregate.
We do not sell or share your personal information
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA and CPRA. We have not done so in the prior twelve months. We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not run third-party advertising or remarketing pixels on this site.
Service providers we use
- Google (Gmail and Calendar appointment scheduling) — when you email us or book a consult, Google handles the message under Google's own terms and delivers it to us so we can reply or run the meeting.
- Vercel (hosting and analytics) — Vercel hosts this site and provides the cookie-free, privacy-preserving page-view counter described above.
Each is a “service provider” under the CCPA and is contractually limited to processing information for our benefit.
Retention
Emails are kept while the underlying relationship is useful to maintain. Aggregate analytics are retained per Vercel's default retention policy. We do not maintain any other personal records as a result of your visit to this site.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the CCPA / CPRA gives you the following rights with respect to your personal information:
- Right to know what categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.
- Right to delete the personal information we hold, subject to limited exceptions.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share, so there is nothing to opt out of. If that ever changes, this section will give you a one-click opt-out, and a “Your Privacy Choices” link will appear in our footer.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect sensitive personal information.
- Right to data portability — we will provide a copy of your information in a portable format on request.
- Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge differently, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised any of these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email go@speedy.solutions with the words “California Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will respond within 45 days.
Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will ask the agent to provide proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly before acting on the request.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal. Because this site does not sell or share personal information and does not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising, the signal has nothing to opt out of on this origin — but if your browser sends it, we acknowledge it and our practices already comply.
Do Not Track (CalOPPA)
We do not implement a special response to Do Not Track signals because there is no third-party tracking on this site to disable. We do not allow third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your activity on this site over time or across other sites.
Shine the Light (California Civil Code §1798.83)
We do not share personal information with third parties for those third parties' own direct marketing purposes. If you are a California resident and would like to confirm or request a copy of any such disclosures, email go@speedy.solutions.
Minors
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and we do not direct this site to children. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, email go@speedy.solutions and we will delete it.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies. We do not use a cookie-consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. If we ever add a tool that sets non-essential cookies, this policy will be updated and a consent banner will appear before any such cookie is set.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the “last updated” date above and post a brief notice on this page for at least 30 days.
